Would anyone be willing to share a good Unix Korn or Bourne
shell script for performing backups that would work for
backing up the ASE 12.5.x enterprise-wide databases to disk?

Would anyone be willing to share a good Unix Korn or Bourne
shell script for performing backups that would work for
backing up the ASE 12.5.x enterprise-wide databases to disk?

For enterprise wide backups, you'd find most are using
third party products like Netbackup with plug-ins for
Sybase.

For non-enterprise, a shell or perl script would usually
suffice. Contact me for some sample scripts.
