sybase ASE Backup Server Archive api

Hello,
Does anybody know how to get the sybase ASE Backup Server
Archive APIs ? Or someone I can contact?

Now I want to take my backup software an integration with
Backup Server APIs so that my software can receive the
metadata from the archive-byte stream created by Backup
server.

I'm not aware of any Archive API but there is a
Backup API. Third party vendors usually use this
to integrate into their backup products.
