Hi DBAs,

How Do I recover a single 'user database' from device files?
Example situation:
- The "DESENV" database was droped and its device files too;
- I don't have any dump file, but I have the actual device
files of it;

I tried to use 'disk reinit' and 'disk refit', but I don't
know if this is the best practice for this case.

Best Regards...

Jorge.

Disk reinit and disk refit is indeed the right way to do this.
